Privacy coin

A cryptocurrency designed to conceal some or all transaction details. Monero hides senders, recipients and amounts by default (ring signatures, stealth addresses, confidential transactions); Zcash offers optional shielded transactions based on zero-knowledge proofs. Tracing within these protocols is severely limited and usually relies on the points where funds enter or leave them.
